Its main tasks consist in:
- evaluating the quality of the PhD Programme
- analysis of the self-evaluation form and the accreditation form of the PhD Programme
- updating and checking the Programm e's website to make it showcase that meets the quality requirements
- verification of the procedures and processes that regulate the PhD Programme
- analysis of the monitoring of PhD students' opinions and administered customer satisfaction forms (as detailed here)
- reception and analysis of complaints and reports.
This activity produces proposals to be presented to the Coordinator and the PhD board, for the activation of any corrective or improvement actions for the purposes of implementing the quality of the PhD Programme.
